Shipping & Returns

When will my order be delivered?

Ordered before 5 pm on weekdays, shipped the same day.
Normally you will receive the order the next day. (in the Netherlands)

Usually your order can be sent by letter. That way your package is delivered quickly.
You also do not have to take anything yourself. And you always receive free shipping!

Note: there is no track & trace on letter post.
Your order will go with PostNL and will be delivered by your own neighborhood deliverer.

Ordered Monday after 5 pm, Wednesday at home.

Ordered before 17:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday at home.

Ordered Tuesday after 5 pm, Thursday at home.

Ordered before 17:00 on Wednesday, Thursday at home.

Ordered Wednesday after 5 pm, Friday at home.

Ordered before 17:00 on Thursday, Friday at home.

Ordered Thursday after 5 pm, Saturday at home.

Ordered before 5 pm on Friday, Saturday at home.

Ordered Friday after 5 pm, Tuesday at home.

What if there is an error in the address?

We understand that you want to receive the selected products as quickly as possible. That is why we process your order as quickly as possible. In case of a change of address, it is best to send us a message by, for example, responding to the order confirmation. If possible, we will correct the address. Otherwise we normally get the package back from the deliverer and we send a new package to the right address.

 

What if the ordered product is not satisfactory?

We understand that the products received may not be fully expected. You can also return products to us within 14 days (in the original packaging, undamaged). For the return of products, it is best to log in on our website. Via 'my orders' you can click on 'return items'. In this way we receive your return request neatly with all the associated order data.

We would like to contact you to look at another product that suits you better! If you do not want replacement products, we will return the return amount neatly. At Talkshop the shipping of all your products is free, you pay no shipping costs with us. The costs for returning are however for your own account.

 

What if I ordered the wrong cover or received another product?

Everyone makes a mistake sometimes? Maybe we send out the wrong product by mistake or you just clicked the wrong cover. Do not worry, we at Talkshop stand for convenience and good customer service. Send us a message in this case and we will resolve the situation as soon as possible. If we have made a mistake, we will of course send a new product free of charge.
